How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days after shipment to mainland Portugal. For other regions the delivery time may vary.
However, during festive seasons, special launches or periods of major discounts, the delivery time may be slightly longer due to the volume of orders. We always do our best to ensure that you receive everything quickly and in perfect condition.
Do you ship outside of Portugal?
Yes! We ship to most countries in the European Union. If you are outside the EU, please contact us to see what we can do.
Can I exchange or return it?
Of course. We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving the order, as long as the item is new, unused and with the tag.
What sizes are available?
We work with sizes from newborn to 4 years old.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an automatic email with confirmation and a summary of your order. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Can I change or cancel the order after paying?
If it hasn't been sent yet, yes! Contact us as soon as possible. Once it's sent, we can't make any changes — but you can always exchange or return it later.
